Good evening, Garber Dukes!
This is a reminder that our first day of school is tomorrow, August 28th. Students and families received emails with details about the modified schedule for the first day.
Upon arrival, all students should stop by the alcove next to counseling to pickup a hard copy of their class schedule. It also includes an important handout with the day’s agenda. All in-person students should be at Garber for the entire day.
Additional details were emailed and will be on the handout printed on each student schedule. See you in the morning, and GO DUKES!
Congratulations to our latest group of PBIS winners. Our students do great work every day, and we are on the lookout for opportunities to acknowledge their positive choices and impacts. Way to go, Dukes!
Mark your calendar! Sponsored by Garber High School's Cheer Team.

The Mid Michigan Childrens Museum is starting a Teen Volunteer Program! Their mission is to provide a fun, hands-on place where children use their curiosity and creativity to learn about the world. By volunteering for the children’s museum, students will help us offer the best possible programs and exhibits intended for a young audience.
They are looking for students 14 years or older with the desire and willingness to donate their time in making the children’s museum a success. Volunteers may assist with gallery activities, crafts, birthday parties, and special day-time events. They will learn responsibility, earn community service hours, demonstrate leadership qualities and discover career options.
For more information on student volunteer opportunities contact Whitney Watt at 989-399-6626 or email volunteer@michildrensmuseum.org. Visit https://mmcmmarketing.wufoo.com/forms/sp8ijv31cme2xx /to learn more and sign-up to volunteer.
PS- if a student is interested in joining Garber's National Honor Society, remember that 30 hours must be completed during their freshman and sophomore year in order to apply!
Mark your calendars, the annual dual enrollment info session is coming up!
We're so glad to have these amazing people on our team. Go Dukes!
