virtual learning studentLearning Program (Grades K-5)

  • Students will be given the opportunity to engage in core content and elective courses taught on a virtual platform (Edgenuity┬«) that will be provided by E-HPS.
  • Courses are standards-aligned and guided by a certified teacher. Classes include English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies as well as up to two electives.
  • Electives include PE & Health, Art, Music, and Technology.
  • Course reporting features enable teachers to easily monitor student progress and performance.
  • The flexibility provided by these online courses allows students to receive additional instruction and practice if needed, while high achieving students may work ahead at their own pace.

Learning Program (Grades 6-12)

  • Students will be given the opportunity to engage in core content and elective courses taught on a virtual platform (Edgenuity┬« ) that will be provided by E-HPS.
  • Administrators and counselors will determine appropriate course work and educational planning for your student.
  • We will be able to offer a diverse selection of electives.

Grading

  • Each course will be paced with target due dates for each graded assignment.
  • Graded assignments must be submitted to earn credit.
  • Instructors will grade assignments and provide feedback.
  • Students must check in weekly with a mentor in order to pass classes. Mentors will complete weekly mentor logs.
  • Courses are aligned to state standards.
  • High school courses count towards graduation credit with a passing grade.
  • High school courses meet NCAA requirements.
