I have been associated with the Essexville-Hampton Schools for over 35 years, as a parent, teacher and now as a school board member. The Essexville-Hampton Schools have always been the educational leader in the area. With my background in education, I feel that I have the resources and knowledge to see that we maintain our high standards into the future.

My goal as a board member is to make sure that the board, administration, employee groups, parents and students work together as equal partners in the process. I also want to make sure our school system remains financially sound.

Goals:
My goals are to continue the tradition of strong academics, arts and athletics in the Essexville-Hampton Public Schools. Goals:
I have done extensive volunteer work in the Essexville-Hampton community for many years and because of this volunteerism, have become very interested in the education of the youth of the community. My position as a board member is an extension of this interest which is to help provide the best education for the students of the Essexville-Hampton School District.

I hope to be instrumental in providing avenues of communication between the parents, students and staff of the district with Essexville-Hampton Board of Education. My goal for the district is to be fiscally responsible and to continue to provide for our students the strong educational program that has been the tradition here.
